How the test works
Complete a mixed sequence of visual, choice, and target reactions. Follow each prompt; mistakes add time penalties.
How the score is calculated
Points equal 10,000 minus 20 times the median reaction time in milliseconds and minus 100 for each miss; the score is floored at zero.
Measurement limits
Reflex Challenge mixes several short response patterns instead of isolating one sensory channel. The combined score therefore reflects adaptation, attention and control as well as raw reaction speed. Use it as a broad practice run, then open the dedicated visual, sound or choice tests if you want to diagnose one weak component.
