Aim practice is most useful when target size, sensitivity and session length stay controlled.
Start with accuracy
Choose a target size that allows clean movement. Increase speed only after misses stay low.
Keep sensitivity stable
Frequent sensitivity changes make learning harder. Record settings when comparing sessions.
Use several task types
Static targets train point-to-point motion; tracking trains continuous correction; target switching trains rapid reorientation.
