Disappearing Targets runs entirely in the browser and records only the events required for the chosen mode. Start the test, follow the on-screen prompt and finish the full run for a comparable result.
How the score is calculated
Accuracy is valid hits divided by all attempts. Some modes combine accuracy with speed using a documented weighted score.
What is a good result?
A good result is repeatable without a sharp accuracy drop. The percentile on the result card shows where it sits among comparable attempts.
Measurement limits
Browser scheduling, device latency, display refresh rate, input hardware and background load can change the measurement. Compare results on the same device and mode.
How to improve
Break patterns into small groups, use a steady viewing rhythm and avoid rushing the recall phase.

Will my result be saved without an account?
Yes. Recent attempts and personal bests are stored locally in this browser.
Can I use a phone?
Yes. For a fair comparison, keep touch and mouse results separate.
Why might a score not enter the leaderboard?
An unverified account or an anti-cheat flag can send the attempt for review.
