How the test works
Count rapid button events produced during a controlled drag-click attempt. Hold the pointer inside the field and perform your usual drag-click motion.
How the score is calculated
CPS equals accepted clicks divided by the measured seconds of the run; clicks outside the active test surface are not counted.
Measurement limits
Drag clicking depends heavily on mouse coating, switch construction and technique, so treat this as a device-specific experiment rather than a universal speed benchmark. Use light, controlled friction and stop if the motion causes discomfort or damages the surface. Compare repeated runs on the same hardware only.
