A CPS score is not a pure measure of the hand: device, software and test design all contribute.
Hardware
Switch type, debounce, button travel, surface grip and wireless latency can change accepted click timing.
Software
Browser load, background tabs, power saving and system input filters can alter event delivery.
Test design
One-second tests exaggerate start timing; longer tests reveal endurance but introduce fatigue. Use the same duration for comparisons.
