CPS means clicks per second. It is the number of valid button presses divided by measured time.

The basic formula

For a 10-second test with 72 accepted clicks, CPS is 72 ÷ 10 = 7.2. The timer should use a monotonic browser clock and the server should verify the submitted duration.

Why results vary

Warm-up, device switches, polling rate, browser scheduling, hand position and test length all affect a result. Compare runs made with the same device and duration.

What this site stores

Guest history stays in the browser. Submitted leaderboard results include only aggregate timing data needed for validation; raw pointer movement is not stored indefinitely.
